The study suggest the policy makers and academic leaders at the universities have been rewarding their academic staff well for their commitments but would also take corrective action in case of deviation from set standards. The result revealed that job satisfaction as being partially mediated the relationship between perceived transactional leaderships on commitment to service among academic staff at the Malaysian universities. The process of writing a qualitative research proposal is discussed with regards to the most important questions. ![]() Total useable questionnaires were 387 with a response rate of 36 percent. The level of detail about these issues varies across texts, but the reliability and validity of the study must feature in the text. This includes a discussion of reliability, validity and the ethics of research and writing. Past studies found that transactional style of leadership will help to motivate the employee towards a higher organizational commitment in the organization that was structurally more bureaucratic in nature. This chapter is about writing about the procedure of the research.
